At Apis-Gold, we’re passionate about all things Honey Bee but, we also strive to bring you the best possible service.

In ancient Egyptian Mythology, it was believed that honeybees were created from the tears of the Sun god Ra and, as such, honeybees were respected and held in high regard. This shows that bees have lived alongside us for literally thousands of years and have continually provided us with various health benefits.

Our mission statement is simple:

There’s lots of anecdotal evidence which suggests that 100% natural honey will help with seasonal allergies such as Hayfever. This is because, as you consume natural Honey which has been sourced from local bee colonies there’s small amounts of Pollen mixed in with the Honey which helps your body boost it’s natural immunity.

When the Honeybees produce Honey they mix enzymes in with the Nectar and its these enzymes that helps prevent the Honey from crystallising or fermenting. It’s widely known that, when natural Honey is heat treated to improve or purify it, these natural enzymes are removed, thus reducing the shelf life of the honey. At Apis-Gold, we do not boil or heat treat our Honey meaning every jar arrives with you in as natural a state as is possible.

Our mission statement couldn’t be simpler:

1. We aim to take care of bees, in as natural a way as is possible, without the use of harsh treatments. Our belief is, if we take care of the bees, then they’ll reward us year on year with 100% natural Honey, Propolis (which is a natural antiseptic) and fresh Beeswax. If our bees are healthy, then the products we bring to you are healthy!

2. We aim to take care of our customers, helping you to obtain access to all the health benefits of 100% natural Honey. If we don’t take care of our customers, then our Honeybees are out of work!
